The Principle: Two Mirrors Facing Each Other
"When you place one mirror in front of another, you get an infinite number of reflections. The Infinite Mirror© method means that you learn to use AI with AI."
If you don't know how to produce an infographic with an AI, you ask it. But the method adds a condition: ask with precision. This is why it is accompanied by prompting frameworks, of which SCOPE© is the heir, and constant vigilance: the teaching AI can also make mistakes.
A Learning Loop Applied to the Organization
In the executive committees he trains, Mustapha Benkalfate applies the same principle at the company level: using AI to sort through the mass of information about AI itself. In concrete terms:
- internal knowledge bases, where an agent answers questions about the AI charter and governance rules, and explains the reasoning behind them;
- external bases limited to internally validated sources, with each answer citing its link and date to remain verifiable;
- data hygiene: naming and organizing meeting recordings, transcripts, and memos so they inform decisions instead of getting lost. He calls it the "circular economy of knowledge."
He applies the loop to himself: his lectures and meetings are transcribed, then analyzed to group his English mistakes and create a quiz, or to extract the lessons that will inform his next keynote.
Why a Method Rather Than a Tool
The summer of 2026 provided a concrete example. In the Microsoft Copilot environment of an organization he was assisting, a feature available on June 29 had disappeared by July 1, and the meaning of the word "agent" changed from one week to the next. To ensure the training's durability, he built it independently of the vendor, around four pillars valid in Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT:
- data: manage its internal and external knowledge bases;
- instructions: guide the AI with precision;
- decomposition of complex tasks (STEP©);
- security: assess what is feasible with AI, and what is not.
"In this very unstable world of artificial intelligence, what survives is human intelligence built on solid foundations, which is the method. Methods survive."
From LinkedIn Learning to Internal Academies
A LinkedIn Learning instructor since 2019, Mustapha Benkalfate has shared these methods with more than 90,000 learners on the platform. Revenu IA now deploys them in its internal AI academies, where trained ambassadors pass the method on to their teams.
