In November 2024, Microsoft and LinkedIn purchased his proprietary artificial intelligence fluency method for their global “Skills for in-demand jobs” initiative. What they bought was not a catalogue of tools but a way of teaching: how to frame a clear request, how to make the model question you before it answers, and how to have the output challenged before it is used.
That approach was built in the field, on a simple observation: most artificial intelligence projects fail for lack of judgement about usage, not for lack of technology. It produced five proprietary frameworks — SCOPE©, PROBE©, SCORE©, STEP© and SEAT© — which turn an intuition into a scoped, measurable use case a whole team can reuse.
